We reserve the right to immediately suspend an account that is contrary to our rules.

Domains

When ordering a domain name with us, do UpOne Hosting corresponding order with the domain supplier. This order is executed only when a customer has payed for the domain name. Customer is responsible for the ordered domain names do not infringe third party rights or otherwise violate the law. UpOne Hosting is not responsible for any damage caused by the ordered domain name is busy or becomes busy before the order is completed at the supplier.

Set up New Accounts

Your account will be set up as soon as we receive payment and our payment partners have screened the order in case of fraud. If there is ever an abuse issue, we will contact you at the email or phone number you signed up with. Providing false contact information will result in discontinuation of services.

Backups and Data Loss

Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Our backup service runs once a day, overwrites any of our previous backups made, and only one week of backups are kept. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. UpOne Hosting is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on UpOne Hosting servers.

Bandwidth Usage

Unlimited disk space and Bandwidth/data transfer
We do not set limits on the disk space and bandwidth (data transfer) that we provide in plans that are marked "Unlimited". We want you to have the resources available to you to build a great online presence. Even though we want you to succeed, we need to ensure that we're providing all of our customers with optimum service. As such we do require all of our customers to be fully compliant with our Excessive Resource User Policy/Terms of Service and utilize disk space and bandwidth related to normal operation of a personal or small business web site. Your account may not exceed 15% of used space in MP3, games, video, audio or music files. If a customer's hosting account is found to have violated the client content, excessive resource user policy and/or is storing files for archiving purposes, the contents will be removed and while we make best effort to contact customers before hand, can occur without notice.

Money Back Guarantee

Money back guarantee applies only to HOSTING, and NOT Domain Name Registration, SSL Certificate, Prestashop Hosting or other service. Money Back Guarantee applies to 7 days from purchase date. Please contact us if you want to get your money back so we end your account and refund your money within 7 days.

Refunds

UpOne Hosting We will not refund any of our products. We will not refund for your purchased products such as: Web Hosting, Domain Name, SSL Certificate, Dedicated IP's

Technical support boundaries

UpOne Hosting provides technical support for YOU that encompasses within our area of expertise only. Such expertise includes assistance, troubleshooting, and debugging of our cPanel control panel interface, servers within our immediate responsibility and any other hosting related issues. However, in under no circumstances is UpOne Hosting neither obligated to help YOU in the installations of new application modules, templates and/or programming languages, nor in providing assistance for any errors produced by any applications that have been modified by YOU previously. We will only provide assistance in making sure any EasyApps applications that are installed through the cPanel control panel interface are installed as directed.

Late Fees

Clients have the option to pay an invoice at any time by logging into their UpOne Hosting account and submitting a payment. An invoice that is not paid by the due date is automatically marked overdue in the system. If an invoice is overdue by more than four days, the account is automatically suspended and a $10.00 late fee is added to the account. To reactivate an account that is suspended for failure to submit a payment within the grace period, a payment for the original invoiced amount plus $10.00 must be submitted to UpOne Hosting.

The graphic elements on Upone Hosting shall not be used without our knowledge. Modules and themes that are offered at PrestaShop Hosting is owned by PrestaShop-planet.com and may not be used and distributed to third parties.

UpOne Hosting Affiliates Program - Terms of Service

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as a member of the UpOneHosting.com Affiliate Program.
Commission
Our commission is 50% based on selling price for these products:
1.) Web hosting
2.) Prestashop hosting
Our affiliates and commission does NOT apply to: Domain names sales, SSL ceritificates.
Affiliate Payout Amount
Affiliate payout amount must be a minimum of $50 USD before you can making a withdrawal.
We use Paypal to do payout, there is no transaction fee or other hidden fees in transaction.
Affiliate Commission Delay
Affiliate commission delay is 30 days, this is to prevent all types of fraud
Sign Up Bonus

Taxes
You are responsible for paying taxes according to the law in the country you live in. We are not responsible for that you do this.

It is NOT allowed to edit the affiliate code.
It is NOT allowed to use HOMEMADE banners. Only use banners that WE have made.
It is allowed to use only affiliate link without banner if necessary. Example: text bla bla Web Hosting text text.
